Have clothes properly sorted and bagged at scheduled pickup time. Ensure items are suitable for commercial laundering.

Check and empty all pockets thoroughly before pickup. We are NOT responsible for items left in pockets (money, keys, electronics, documents, etc.).

All payments processed securely through the app. Prices subject to change based on service type and market conditions. Additional fees may apply for special requests.

Once delivered to your designated address, items become your responsibility. Ensure someone is available to receive delivery.

Our liability is limited to reasonable compensation. Maximum liability: $20.00 per item. Claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

No hazardous, flammable, toxic, or biohazardous materials. No items contaminated with bodily fluids or chemicals. We reserve the right to refuse any unsuitable items.

Your personal information is protected and encrypted. We never sell your data to third parties. Data used only to provide and improve services.
